Nurse Practitioner

Magenta Hydration is the mobile IV vitamin and hydration line of Magenta Care, a licensed, ACHC-accredited home infusion nursing agency serving the Seattle area since 2022. Our RNs place IVs for medically complex patients every day — now they bring hydration and vitamin therapy to clients' homes, offices, and events in Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, and Redmond.

We're looking for a Washington-licensed ARNP to provide medical oversight for our wellness clients on a flexible, per-infusion contract basis. You'll complete good-faith exams (mostly by telehealth), review client history and contraindications, and write the IV hydration orders our RNs administer under your protocols. Charting, scheduling, and supplies are handled through the Magenta Care platform.

• $40 per new client — telehealth good-faith exam (about 10–15 minutes) plus the infusion order
• $25 per returning client — re-screen review and order sign-off

Work from anywhere in Washington, set your own availability, and pick up evenings and weekends when demand is highest. This is a great fit for an NP who wants meaningful side work with a serious clinical organization.

• Perform good-faith exams (primarily telehealth) for new IV hydration clients before their first infusion.
• Review client history, medications, allergies, and contraindications; clear, defer, or decline clients for IV therapy.
• Write and sign IV hydration and vitamin infusion orders within approved protocols.
• Review and sign off on re-screens for returning clients.
• Be available by phone to our RNs for clinical questions and adverse-event guidance during scheduled coverage.
• Document exams and orders in the Magenta Care platform.

• Active, unrestricted Washington ARNP license with prescriptive authority.
• National board certification (AANP or ANCC), e.g., FNP or AGNP.
• Active NPI number.
• Own professional liability (malpractice) coverage, or willingness to obtain it.
• Comfortable conducting video visits and charting electronically.

• Flat per-infusion pay: $40 per new client, $25 per returning client. Work remotely by telehealth from anywhere in Washington. Set your own availability — no minimum hours. Experienced infusion RNs administer every drip under your protocols. Scheduling, charting, and supplies handled by Magenta Care.
