TMS Registered Nurse

Northwest TMS & Wellness in Seattle is hiring a full-time RN to join our clinical team. You'll be responsible for patient assessments, TMS session monitoring, and clinical coordination for our rapidly growing practice.

We serve patients with depression, OCD, anxiety, and PTSD using Neuro Star TMS. This is an outpatient role with regular hours — no nights, no weekends, no on-call.

• Active Washington State RN license
• 1+ years of nursing experience (psychiatric or behavioral health preferred)
• BLS certification
• EMR experience required
• Excellent patient communication skills

• Conduct intake assessments and document patient history
• Monitor patients during TMS treatment sessions
• Perform vital signs and clinical assessments at treatment milestones
• Coordinate with prescribing psychiatrists on patient progress
• Manage patient communications and follow-up
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

• Daytime hours only — no nights, weekends, or holidays
