Home Health Registered Nurse

We are looking for a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) for a high-paying, flexible position doing skilled nursing visits for adult and geriatric medical/surgical patients in the Home Health setting. This role offers a lot of flexibility—you schedule directly with your patients, allowing you to decide when your day starts and ends and giving you the ability to plan around personal appointments and events.

This is a field RN position, sometimes referred to as a Case Manager, where you'll manage the care of your assigned home health patients. The agency is well-established with many years of success and stability.

Requirements:

• RN license (must be current and active in the state)
• Minimum of one year of Registered Nurse experience in an acute setting
• Home Health experience preferred
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or have a Green Card
