Quality Supervisor

Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

This exciting role will be responsible for leading and ensuring the implementation of quality control measures and standards within the organization. This role will be maintaining and improving the quality of products, processes, and services. They are headquartered in the Burlington, WA area. The company is a leading designer and manufacturer of solar cells and PV Modules for the renewable energy industry.

• Supervise, train, and motivate QC staff.
• Lead investigations into customer complaints and corrective actions.
• Maintain and improve ISO-based quality systems.
• Oversee statistical quality analyses (raw materials through finished goods).
• Partner with Engineering/Manufacturing on projects and audits.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and waste-reduction initiatives.
• Develop and present KPI reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in Quality Assurance in a high-volume manufacturing industry is required.
• 2+ years supervisory/management are required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and project management.
• Proficient in Excel, Lean/Six Sigma, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

• $80, per year depending on experience and an annual bonus of up to 10% of salary
