Project Specialist - Quality Assurance & Product Integrity

Support the Product Integrity and Quality Assurance team in ensuring factory partners meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards. Manage inspection, testing, corrective action, and compliance data while partnering with factories, auditors, and cross-functional teams.

• Track factory program compliance, test reports, inspections, and inspector certifications.
• Manage corrective action and root cause analysis data, inspection and testing reports, test results, and sample shipments.
• Assess quality defects, organize internal audits, and review inspection results and trends with leadership.
• Prepare quarterly business review materials and manage daily and seasonal CPSC data submissions.
• Lead cross-functional projects and priorities as needed.

• At least 2 years of experience in apparel or footwear product development and manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of product construction and manufacturing processes.
• Strong organizational, data tracking, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work independently, hold partners accountable, and manage competing priorities.
• Experience working with overseas vendors and manufacturers; proficiency with Microsoft Office and FLEXPLM.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
