Real Estate Associate - Junior Level

Arnold & Porter is seeking a junior associate for the Real Estate Practice Group in the Seattle office.

Qualified applicants must have experience working in teams and independently managing various components of one or more of the following transactions: lender or borrower side mortgage and mezzanine financings, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate leasing transactions, or joint venture deals. All applicants must have strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills as well as exceptional business acumen and experience working directly with clients.

All applicants must have excellent academic credentials and references. Qualified applicants for this position must have a minimum of one year of experience working on commercial real estate transactions.

The salary range for this position is $235,000 to $310,000, commensurate with experience.

Applicants must currently be licensed, or currently be eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Washington.

Eligibility for an hours-based bonus available.
