Real Estate Agent – Training Provided
Join Beth G Homes as a Real Estate Agent and receive comprehensive training to build your career. This role emphasizes lead generation and guiding clients toward their ideal homes. We value attention to detail and excellent customer service.
PayBase pay range: $50,000.00/yr – $99,000.00/yr
Responsibilities- Graduate from New Agent Launch and Onboarding Program
- Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
- Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
- Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
- Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, training, and partner calls
- Track tasks and activities in CRM
- People oriented
- Positive, happy attitude
- Ability to analyze clients’ needs and match them to homes
- Learning based
- Ambitious with proven ability to succeed
- High school graduate
- Real estate license
