Job Description Summary

Supports and assists the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational facets of the community. Plays a critical role in delivering exceptional resident service and maintaining community standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assists with accounting and bookkeeping, including daily bank deposits, invoice processing, rent collection, and financial reporting.
  • Operates property‑management software (Yardi/One Site) and ensures accurate transaction recording.
  • Reviews resident files, notices delinquencies, and enforces lease terms to maximize revenue.
  • Processes resident move‑outs, license/lease cancellation fees, and disposition per established procedures.
  • Provides timely responses to resident inquiries and resolves service issues.
  • Supervises on‑site operations in the absence of the Community Manager and coordinates maintenance.
  • Assists in client‑owner relationship activities, including community tours and performance updates.
Qualifications
  • Previous property‑management experience required; fee‑management experience preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and Yardi/One Site preferred.
  • Financial acumen, including budgeting and fiscal reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of professionalism in appearance and conduct.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional business knowledge is a plus.
Benefits & Compensation
  • Competitive hourly rate: $26.00 – $30.00 per hour.
  • Base salary with possible additional bonuses (quarterly, monthly, weekly) based on performance.

Physical Demands

  • Occasional travel may be required.
