Great Expectations SPC is one of the fastest-growing affordable housing developers in the Pacific Northwest, and we’re hiring a Real Estate Private Equity & Operations Associate for our accelerated rotational program.

In this two-year experience, you’ll gain hands‑on responsibility across property operations, asset management, acquisitions, development, and capital markets. You’ll work directly with our senior team on live deals, portfolio performance, technology initiatives, and on-the-ground resident support—building skills that typically take years to acquire in traditional firms.
