We’re expanding a new-construction site agent program that quietly completed a successful 90‑day soft launch — and we’re now opening a limited number of additional spots for licensed real estate agents who want better exposure, better conversations, and more ways to get paid

What This Opportunity Looks Like

As a Site Agent, you’ll serve as the on‑site host and guide for brand‑new construction communities. You’ll be the first point of contact for buyers — answering questions, creating great experiences, and opening doors (literally and professionally).

This program is designed to be one pillar of your business

What You'll Do

• Do not have to join a team
• Gain consistent, high‑quality buyer exposure
• Get paid even when you’re not the buyer’s representative

How You Get Paid

Compensation is structured to reward both relationship‑building and representation:

• Full commission when you meet and represent the buyer
• Commission bonuses when you assist buyers who already have representation

In other words: your time, professionalism, and influence are valued — even when you’re not “the agent on paper.”
