Real Estate Agent – Amo Realty (Seattle, WA & Beyond)
Amo Realty is a small real estate brokerage that provides each of our agents with at least 10‑20+ incoming residential buyer and seller leads per week. Our lead system is based on high‑volume leads and has consistently delivered results, including a $22 million sale closed by one of our agents.
Location:
Seattle, WA and surrounding areas.
We give each agent 40‑100+ incoming residential buyer and seller leads each month from multiple sources including Zillow, as well as commercial leads such as office lease, restaurant, retail, industrial, and larger investment opportunities.
Split & Commission Structure- 80/20 split on own leads for the first 3 years, afterwards 100% commission after an $18,000 cap
- 50/50 split on company‑provided leads
- After 3 years, agents keep 100% commission of own leads after a $5,000 cap
- 100% commission on personal real estate transactions
- 100% commission for nuclear family
- No desk fees, transaction fees, or monthly charges – only the split
- Washington Real Estate License is strictly required
