We are currently searching for a direct hire Leasing Consultant for a luxury apartment community in Seattle, WA! If you love interacting with customers and thrive in a sales environment, this is the opportunity for you! Our client is offering up to $55,000 per year and $75 per lease.

• Greets prospective residents and give tours while determining housing needs and preferences and close leads
• Accurately prepares and assist new residents with all leasing paperwork (lease move-in packets, applications, lease agreements and employment and credit checks) and key distribution
• Collects security deposits, rent and any other charge associated with residents moves
• Communicates all lease and community policies to new and current residents
• Follows up with all leads and prospects that did not lease
• Ensures apartments are move-in ready by inspecting, and adding last minute touches when appropriate
• Seeks out new residents by creative marketing techniques
• Manages lease renewal process
• Follows up in a timely manner on all calls, emails and site visits

• One to two years of experience as an apartment leasing consultant
• Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
• Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and exposure to social media
• Ability to work day, weekend, and evening hours as required
