The Associate will work closely with senior brokers to develop business opportunities, conduct market research, support transaction execution, and build client relationships throughout the Seattle market and nationally. Associates work directly with senior brokers and receive hands‑on mentorship across multiple disciplines, creating a strong foundation for a successful brokerage career. As an Associate, you will learn the fundamentals of industrial brokerage while working alongside senior brokers on tenant representation, agency leasing, and investment‑related assignments. - Assist in preparing client presentations, proposals, pitch materials, and business development campaigns.
- Participate in property tours, client meetings, lease negotiations, and transaction execution activities.
- Build relationships with occupiers, landlords, developers, investors, and other industry professionals.
- Collaborate with brokerage and operations team members to deliver exceptional client service and execution.
- Develop expertise in industrial real estate fundamentals, market dynamics, and occupier requirements.
