About Us

Quorum Real Estate Property Management is a trusted leader in the Seattle market, providing expert management for a wide range of property types—including single-family homes, multifamily apartment buildings, and condominium/homeowner associations (HOAs). With a reputation built on integrity and excellence, we tailor our services to meet the unique needs of every community we serve.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Condominium Association Manager to join our growing team in Seattle. This is a full-time, onsite role with flexibility to work directly with homeowners, board members, vendors, and other key stakeholders. Whether you're an experienced property manager or looking to break into the HOA space with a background in project or operations management, this is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your portfolio and make a direct impact.

In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of condominium communities, including financial oversight, maintenance coordination, rule enforcement, and resident relations. You’ll be the go-to resource for ensuring smooth community operations, resolving issues, and building trusted relationships with the boards you serve.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations for assigned condominium associations and HOAs
  • Coordinate vendors, oversee maintenance tasks, and respond to emergencies
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets, financial reporting, and board presentations
  • Ensure compliance with governing documents and applicable laws (e.g. Washington Condominium Act)
  • Build strong relationships with board members, residents, and service providers
  • Attend board and annual meetings, provide strategic guidance to association leadership
  • Utilize platforms like App Folio and ASANA to streamline communication and task management
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Real Estate, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with HOA/condominium management, budgeting, and compliance (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with App Folio, Microsoft Office, and project management software is a plus
  • Must have reliable transportation for site visits and meetings
Why Quorum?
  • Direct mentorship from experienced HOA and property management professionals
  • Room to grow within a rapidly expanding company
  • Competitive compensation with commission potential based on portfolio performance
