Senior Property Manager - Office

RETS Associates on behalf of its client, a privately owned, San Francisco-based commercial real estate investment with more than 90 years of experience and a diversified portfolio across major U.S. markets is seeking a Senior Property Manager to be based in Seattle, WA.

SPM to lead the day-to-day operations of a 500K SF Class A office portfolio in Seattle. This role will serve as the on-site leader, overseeing building operations, tenant relations, financial performance, capital projects, vendors, and the property management team.

• Lead, mentor, and develop the Property Manager and on-site team.
• Oversee annual operating budgets, financial reporting, expenses, and capital project budgets.
• Oversee major tenant improvements, capital projects, and construction activities.
• Manage tenant and vendor relationships and ensure a high level of service.
• Partner with the Asset Manager on strategic planning, capital improvements, and asset-level initiatives.

• 10–15+ years of commercial property management experience.
• Strong experience overseeing Class A commercial properties and building operations.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, leasing, contracts, and capital projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong judgment, professionalism, integrity, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
