Role DescriptionThis is a Full or Part-time remote role for a Real Estate Agent at Realty ONE Group Enterprise office in Bellevue or our Satellite office in Lake Chelan, WA. In additon, ROGE has memebrship for the PACMLS. The offices covers all Western Washington Countys, Chelan & Wenatchee areas of Chelan & Douglas County and Pasco, Kennewick & Richland in Tri-Cities area.
The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for conducting property showings, negotiating sales contracts, providing excellent customer service, and managing real property listings and buyer represntation. Real Estate Agents can conduct Residential, Commercial, Vacant Land or Multi-Family sales at all of the three locations.
- Real Estate, and Real Property skills
- Customer Service and Sales skills
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations (will train)
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in Real Eestate or sales industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)
