The Server is responsible for serving guests in the venue catering areas. The Server must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The Team Member must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work weekend and evening events as scheduled per business need.

• Responsible for setup and upkeep of buffet during catering events.
• Ability to interact with guests and direct them to buffet and answer questions pertaining to the menu.
• Maintains proper presentation and sanitation standards in all catering spaces.
• Assists in setting up banquet functions including linens, dishware, glassware and silverware.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.
• Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English.
• Possess valid food handling certificate and alcohol service permit as required by state and federal regulations.
• Walks and stands during entire shift.
• Lifts and transports up to 30 lbs.
• Frequently reaches, lifts, stoops, bends and cleans to maintain service area.
• Always on time and ready to perform all required duties.

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have and maintain a valid Washington State MAST Class 12 Permit
• Must have and maintain a valid Washington State Food Handling Permit
• Willingness to handle and serve all varieties of food (including, but not limited to poultry, pork, beef, dairy, etc.).
• Willingness to handle/serve alcohol.
