The role focuses on mixology mastery, smooth bar operations, and delivering top‑tier service to VIP guests.

• Craft unique & innovative cocktails while maintaining a polished, professional demeanor.
• Manage all aspects of bar operations, including inventory control, restocking, and ensuring a clean, organized bar.
• Serve high volumes of guests efficiently without compromising quality.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere, build rapport with guests, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Work collaboratively with front‑of‑house and kitchen teams in a fast‑paced environment.
• Handle guest requests, resolve issues, and manage high‑pressure situations.
• Maintain consistency in presentation, drink quality, and bar setup.

• Strong background in mixology with extensive knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail techniques.
• Experience managing bar operations and ensuring compliance with local liquor laws.
• Ability to serve high volumes while maintaining speed, accuracy, and quality.
• Solid communication and customer‑engagement skills.
• Creativity in developing signature drinks.
• Attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Team collaboration and flexibility.

Hourly Rate
:
Starts at $18.00 with potential increases of $0.50 at 5 years, $0.75 at 7 years, and $1.00 at 10 years.
