We are looking for energetic server assistants to join our team. Individuals will be passionate about food, beverage, education, and training. Great people skills, a can-do attitude, hard work ethic, and a flexible schedule are required. Applicants must have 3+ years of restaurant experience. Job responsibilities include running food, ongoing table maintenance, clearing, and resetting tables.

• 3 years' experience in a high-volume restaurant
• Can work on their feet for extended periods
• Can sustain high-energy activities for extended periods
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Can carry full cocktail and large oval trays safely & consistently
• Regular, reliable, predictable attendance required
• Related training and/o job experience that enables applicant to demonstrate knowledge, skills & abilities for this job
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Take ownership of your work and be willing to be held accountable
• Must have stage presence at all times

• Average $32-45/hour with commissions ($5-5/hour base rate + 2.75% commission on gross sales)
• Base rate plus commissions that meet or exceed minimum wage ($20.76/hour) in any workweek will be paid at least minimum wage
