Job Responsibilities- Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
- Help build and lead a high‑performing team of hourly team members.
- Assist with operational support functions (i.e. purchasing, receiving, inventory, etc.).
- Participate in applicant interviews and assist with employee relations.
- At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
- Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Starting hourly rate: $24.76 – $28.76.
