• Coordinates with kitchen and service staff to ensure food orders are prepared, organized, and delivered to guests accurately and within established service time standards
  .
• Verifies that all food items are accounted for and that orders meet quality, presentation, and accuracy standards before delivery.
• Delivers food and beverages to guests promptly while providing Superior Guest Service
  .
• Communicates effectively with kitchen and service team members regarding order status, missing items, special requests, and other service needs.
• Helps maintain an efficient flow of food from the kitchen to the dining area.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area, including promptly addressing spills and other potential safety hazards.
• Performs assigned cleaning and sanitation duties throughout the shift.
• Follows all safe food handling, sanitation, and personal hygiene practices
  .
• Follows workplace safety procedures when using or working around equipment and immediately reports equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to management.
• Follows management direction and supports the restaurant team as operational needs require.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

High school diploma or GED preferred;
one to three months of related restaurant, food service, or hospitality experience and/or training preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and understand simple instructions, correspondence, and workplace communications. Ability to communicate effectively with guests, coworkers, and management in individual and small-group settings.

Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions provided in written, verbal, or diagram form and appropriately respond to routine workplace situations.
