- Prepare breads, muffins, cookies and other baked products.
- Decorate baked goods with frostings and other toppings.
- Schedule and supervise back of house staff.
- Oversee back of house operations.
- Follows Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products.
- Completes all logs as per standards.
- Monitors fridge/ freezer product inventory and submits order quantities.
- Supports a clean environment through regular clean up.
- May hire and train baking staff.
