- Support the Outlets General Manager in overseeing daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including banquets & private dining functions
- Ensure consistent execution of service standards and guest experience expectations
- Lead, coach, and support team members on shift to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, and ongoing development of F&B staff
- Maintain strong floor presence to engage with guests, support service, and resolve concerns in real time
- Ensure quality and consistency of food, beverage, and overall service presentation
- Support beverage program execution, including wine, spirits, and cocktail standards
- Assist in managing labor, scheduling, inventory, and cost control efforts
- Help maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Participate in operational meetings and support cross-department collaboration
- 2 4 years of experience in food & beverage operations, preferably in a hotel or upscale restaurant environment
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of restaurant service standards and guest experience
- Ability to lead teams on the floor with confidence and professionalism
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Basic financial awareness including labor and cost control
- Passion for hospitality and delivering elevated guest experiences
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must hold (or be able to obtain) a valid Washington State Food Handler s Permit and MAST certification
