Palihotel Seattle is home to The Hart and The Hunter, a laid-back Americana diner serving elevated classics and easygoing cocktails. Established in Los Angeles in 2012, this family-friendly neighborhood spot near Pike Place Market is known for crave-worthy dishes like Smoked Corned Beef Hash, griddled sandwiches, and Pie à la Mode, alongside seasonal and classic cocktails.

We're looking for a friendly Server who's enthusiastic about serving tasty food, drinks, and coffee while forging authentic connections with guests at The Hart and the Hunter.

• Assess, anticipate, and meet guest needs, responding quickly without losing focus on the dining experience.

• Communicate professionally with guests, coworkers, and management, adapting to different personalities with ease.

• Understand the full menu of food and beverage items, communicating it to guests effectively and accurately.

• Recognize and resolve problems using good judgment, tact, and initiative, in line with company policy.

• Perform basic accounting and math, operating cash registers, the Micros system, and hot beverage makers.

• Keep a clean, organized workspace per side-work guidelines.

Required

• 1 year of related experience as a Server in a high-quality full-service or fast-casual environment.

• Clear thinker who stays calm and resolves problems using good judgment; works cohesively as part of a team.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.

• Able to lift up to 30lbs
