The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead our Villa Italian Kitchen location at Westfield Southcenter in Seattle, WA.The General Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant while leading and developing the team. This role will have a hands-on impact across guest service, hiring, training, scheduling, and financial performance/P&L management.

What You'll DoLead daily restaurant operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience

Recruit, hire, train, and develop team members

Create and manage employee schedules

Monitor sales, labor, food costs, and overall P&L performance

Maintain company standards for food quality, service, cleanliness, and safety

Coach and motivate the team to achieve operational goals

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Take initiative and identify opportunities to improve restaurant performance

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have:

Previous restaurant management experience

Experience with Hot Schedules/4th, Paycom, and/or MICROS is a plus Important Requirements Successful completion of a background check is required

Valid driver's license required
