This Restaurant Hospitality Supervisor job pays $22.30 to $24.00 per hour
, plus tips. You will join a friendly food service team that works hard, supports each other, and enjoys serving great food. Starbird Chicken offers a place where you can learn, grow, and build your leadership skills.
Each day, you will be a leader in the restaurant. You will help make sure guests have a good experience and solve any problems that come up. You will work closely with your team, showing them how to give great service and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming. You will help team members learn new things, give feedback, and help them do their best work.
You will also help with opening and closing the restaurant, handling money, and making sure food is safe and prepared correctly. You will work with the managers to keep everything running smoothly and help everyone feel part of the team.
- At least 18 years old
- 1+ years of experience in restaurant, hospitality, retail, or food service
- Experience with opening and closing procedures
- Ability to lead staff and supervise teams as well as coach and develop team members
- Ability to obtain Food Handler Certification within 30 days
- Ability to stand or walk for 6-8 hours, lift 30 lbs, and work safely in a kitchen
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety standards, and guest service standards
- Ability to lead in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate clearly and resolve conflicts
Your shifts will change from week to week, but they will always be within our business hours. You will sometimes work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
