E-Commerce Account Manager

Seeking a Senior Ecommerce Manager to scale our Amazon retail business in the US. This role will focus on driving growth through strategic collaboration with Amazon’s Vendor Services (AVS) team, in-stock managers, and cross-functional stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Amazon Retail operations, vendor management, and inventory optimization, with a preference for prior experience as an AVS Manager or within Amazon’s Retail team.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience in e-commerce field
• 5+ years in ecommerce or retail, with 3+ years focused on Amazon Vendor/Central platforms.
• Prior experience as an AVS Manager or within Amazon’s Retail team is strongly preferred.
• Experience in Consumer Electronics, or Home Robotics is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in Amazon’s tools (Vendor Central, Retail Analytics) and Excel
• Strong negotiation, communication, and project management abilities.
• Expertise in inventory forecasting, P&L management, and vendor relationship building.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus
