Overnight Inbound (Stocking) (T2786)

Starting hourly rate: $21.75 USD per hour. Pay range: $21.75 USD - $32.63 USD per hour.

• Execute a detailed, accurate, and efficient sorting operation.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on the sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment as necessary while unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and handle environmentally sensitive items in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance.
• Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible.
• Support guest services such as back‑up cashier, order pick‑up (OPU) and drive‑up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you complete your daily tasks.
• When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way to help solve their specific needs.
• Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target.
• All other duties based on business needs.

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi‑step process.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast‑paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established time frames.
• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb up and down ladders.
• Lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible and reliable for a varying schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Work in varying temperatures, humidity, and other environmental elements while performing certain job duties.
