AboutThe Role
We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Health & Wellness Retail Associate to be the welcoming face of our store. If you love helping people, enjoy learning about wellness products, and thrive in a warm, team-oriented environment, this could be the perfect role for you.
You’ll play a key part in creating an exceptional customer experience while helping shoppers find the products that best support their health goals.
What You’ll Do- Greet every customer with warmth and enthusiasm
- Provide knowledgeable guidance on vitamins, supplements, natural remedies, and OTC products
- Help customers understand product benefits and proper usage
- Operate the point‑of‑sale system efficiently
- Handle questions, concerns, and returns with professionalism and care
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming products
- Keep shelves fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing
- Perform regular inventory checks and assist with reordering
- Maintain accurate inventory records in our system
- Keep the store clean, inviting, and well‑organized
- Create eye‑catching displays for promotions and new arrivals
- Follow safety and sanitation standards to ensure a healthy environment
- Support in‑store promotions and special events
- Share information about sales, promotions, and loyalty programs
- Thoughtfully upsell and cross‑sell to enhance each customer’s experience
- Work closely with pharmacy staff for seamless customer service
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
Contribute ideas and stay engaged as we grow together
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional wellness‑related education is a plus)
- Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in health or wellness
- Friendly, approachable communication style
- Basic knowledge of health and wellness products (or eagerness to learn)
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to [X] lbs
- Comfort using computers and inventory systems
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others feel their best
