We’re looking for a friendly, motivated Health & Wellness Retail Associate to be the welcoming face of our store. If you love helping people, enjoy learning about wellness products, and thrive in a warm, team-oriented environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

You’ll play a key part in creating an exceptional customer experience while helping shoppers find the products that best support their health goals.

• Greet every customer with warmth and enthusiasm
• Provide knowledgeable guidance on vitamins, supplements, natural remedies, and OTC products
• Help customers understand product benefits and proper usage
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system efficiently
• Handle questions, concerns, and returns with professionalism and care

• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming products
• Keep shelves fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing
• Perform regular inventory checks and assist with reordering
• Maintain accurate inventory records in our system

• Keep the store clean, inviting, and well‑organized
• Create eye‑catching displays for promotions and new arrivals
• Follow safety and sanitation standards to ensure a healthy environment

• Support in‑store promotions and special events
• Share information about sales, promotions, and loyalty programs
• Thoughtfully upsell and cross‑sell to enhance each customer’s experience

• Work closely with pharmacy staff for seamless customer service
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training
  
  Contribute ideas and stay engaged as we grow together

• High school diploma or equivalent (additional wellness‑related education is a plus)
• Previous retail or customer service experience, ideally in health or wellness
• Friendly, approachable communication style
• Basic knowledge of health and wellness products (or eagerness to learn)
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to [X] lbs
• Comfort using computers and inventory systems
• A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others feel their best
