• Front End
  :
  Manage the checkout experience, process sales and cash transactions accurately using POS systems, inspect goods for tampering, perform receipt checks, and assist with store opening/closing duties.
• Sales Floor & Stocking
  :
  Increase sales, control shrinkage, assist customers in locating products, receive and replenish inventory, label merchandise, rotate stock using FIFO, handle freight with forklifts or pallet jacks, and maintain visual appeal of all displays.
• Customer Courtesy
  :
  Keep the sales floor, front end, restrooms, parking lot, and store entry clean and safe; handle carts, resolve safety concerns, and support general store operations as directed by management.

• 6–12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience.
• One year retail selling or customer service experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Exceptional customer service skills and willingness to support teammates.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and logical thinking.
• Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and work independently or in a team.
• Flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
• Basic computer skills and cash handling experience.

• Stand continuously; walk frequently; sit occasionally.
• Lift 1–20 lbs frequently; lift 21–50 lbs frequently; lift 51–100 lbs occasionally.
• CARRY 1–20 lbs frequently; CARRY 21–50 lbs occasionally; PUSH/PULL occasionally; CLIMB/BALANCE occasionally; STOM/ SQUAT occasionally; BEND/REACH/GRASP/THM

• Must be able to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other store equipment safely.

• Starting Pay Rate: $20.76/hr (subject to experience, location, and other factors). Expected base rate range $13.00–$21.00/hr.
