Position: Charlotte Tilbury Freelance (Part-Time / weekends) Retail Makeup

Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team. This position will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team. As a member of this team, you will need strong artistry, sales, and service talents. You will teach customers Charlotte’s secrets of artistry learned over 20 years working with top celebrities and brands. You will deliver Charlotte’s philosophy of artistry made easy and contribute to building an amazing beauty business.

Sales experience in beauty and retail is essential.

The Freelance Makeup Artist role involves promoting and creating makeup magic in-store, representing the ethos, products, and image of Charlotte Tilbury. Working with an elite team, you will drive business through exceptional makeup artistry and customer service, reflecting the brand values and customer base. Your goal is to achieve sales targets by providing an exceptional experience and service, exuding passion and enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury, and delivering her philosophy of artistry made easy with personalized shopping experiences.

Main

Duties:
  • Sales:
    • Achieve event sales goals and sales per hour targets.
    • Create brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge.
    • Demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit within company guidelines.
  • Customer Service:
    • Lead by example to promote the Tilbury Touch and exceptional customer service.
  • Team Work:
    • Maintain a positive and cooperative approach with colleagues.
    • Support open communication, professionalism, and creativity.
  • Operations:
    • Ensure the counter is “customer ready” from open to close.
    • Maintain high standards of counter hygiene, cleaning display units, tools, and testers regularly.
    • Assist with inventory management, stock counts, and replenishment.
    • Support visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement.
    • Assist in executing events.
    • Communicate with the Brand field team regarding counter needs or concerns.
    • Manage schedule, clocking in/out, and submit timesheets accurately.
