Responsibilities- Deliver the five-point selling standard through greeting, helpful service, fashion guidance, and follow-up.
- Build a personal customer base using in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
- Offer styling and fit advice, maintain product knowledge, and meet personal sales goals.
- Stock, re-merchandise, mark down, and recover merchandise to keep the department customer-ready.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and peak periods, and assist other departments as needed.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and customer experience.
- Goal-oriented approach with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Team-first mindset, comfort with technology, and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift items weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
