Seasonal Support Team Associate - University Village

The Seasonal Support Team Associate supports sales and profit by processing merchandise receipts and maintaining organized stockroom standards. The role also helps prepare merchandise for the sales floor and supports a positive customer experience.

• Receive, record, unload, sort, and prepare merchandise and supplies.
• Process merchandise so it is floor ready, tagged, and ticketed.
• Maintain an organized stockroom and back office, maximizing space and following safety procedures.
• Place merchandise on the sales floor according to floor maps and visual standards, and confirm customer-facing signage.
• Complete price changes, damage processing, and returns to vendors.
• Protect company assets and follow operational procedures.

• No experience required; candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and basic math skills.
• Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, use computers and handheld equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
