If the answer is, "Yes, that's me," please keep reading more about our job opportunity!

Located in the heart of downtown White Center, Bricks & Minifigs South Seattle is a specialty toy retailer focused on buying, selling, and trading all things LEGO, including new & used sets, mini figures, bulk pieces, and community events. Previous experience with LEGO sets and mini figures is strongly preferred, alongside a willingness to learn the intricacies of LEGO themes, minifigure evaluation, and customer trade‑ins.

As a Lead Sales Associate, you will serve as a shift leader, assist with opening and closing responsibilities, guide Sales Associates, evaluate trade‑ins, and help generate engaging content for our store's social media platforms while maintaining a vibrant, welcoming store environment.

  • Help facilitate in-store events, including birthday parties, promotional events and community activities.
  • Assist in creating photos, short videos, and engaging content for our store's social media channels.
