Opportunity Overview:

At POP MART, our stores are more than just places to shop. They're destinations where creativity, collectibles, and community come together. During our busiest season, we're looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Seasonal Sales Associates to help bring the POP MART experience to life.

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you'll be a brand ambassador, creating memorable shopping experiences, sharing your excitement for our characters and collectibles, and helping customers discover something they love.

You'll work alongside a passionate retail team to support daily store operations, maintain an engaging shopping environment, and deliver exceptional service during the holiday season.
** This is a temporary, seasonal position designed to support increased business needs during the holiday shopping period. Seasonal employment is expected to conclude at the end of the designated seasonal period, although business needs may result in an earlier or later end date.

* Deliver an exceptional customer experience by greeting shoppers, building genuine connections, and providing friendly, knowledgeable service.
* Bring the POP MART brand to life by sharing product knowledge, character stories, and excitement for our collectible art toys.
* Help customers discover products they'll love through personalized recommendations and thoughtful engagement.
* Support store sales goals by promoting key products, new releases, Blind Boxes, MEGA collectibles, and accessories.
* Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
* Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store that reflects POP MART's brand standards.
* Assist with merchandising, product replenishment, shipment processing, and stockroom organization.
* Support inventory accuracy and follow established procedures for merchandise handling and loss prevention.
* Help manage customer traffic, lines, and product launches while maintaining a safe and welcoming shopping environment.
* Collaborate with store leadership and fellow team members to meet daily operational needs, especially during peak holiday shopping periods.##

What you will need:

* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in creating positive shopping experiences.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
