- Engage with customers confidently, addressing concerns and questions.
- Learn about the client's technology solutions and communicate them effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service, leaving customers with a positive impression of the company.
- Maintain mileage and expense reports and submit weekly progress reports.
Communication will be via Teams and Outlook. Meetings are conducted remotely. The role involves walking and talking to people face-to-face. Candidates should be comfortable using technology such as iPads, checkout systems, and map applications. Training will be provided during the first week.
