Outside Sales Representative - Field Service Representative
Job Description: Rite-Hite Sales Professionals work within protected territories to represent our various lines of products and services. Our customer base includes anyone with a warehouse, with emphasis on Fortune 500 manufacturers and distribution centers. This is an outside sales position focused on growing our service business, including planned maintenance programs, repair services, parts, and accessory products. You will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to the territory.
This position covers Kent, WA and other assigned territories.
Rite-Hite sells the best, and we hire the best. Successful candidates will combine a 4-year degree with a minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting. In addition, our Sales Representatives must possess excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, be skilled at building productive business relationships, and have a good mechanical aptitude. Sales Representatives must have knowledge of their territory and its customer base, be able to develop solid territory business plans, and be able to effectively cover their territories on a daily basis.

Responsibilities- Represent Rite-Hite products and services to customers in assigned territory.
- Grow the service business, including planned maintenance programs, repair services, parts, and accessory products.
- Grow existing accounts and prospect for new customers.
- Introduce new products to the territory and develop solid territory business plans.
- Travel within Kent, WA and other assigned territories to cover customers daily.
- 4-year degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building abilities and mechanical aptitude.
- Knowledge of territory and its customer base; ability to develop and execute territory plans.
