• Create opportunities and coordinate with the upgrade team for quotes (RGSC quoting in-house).
• Focus on Perfect Kinetix couch, Hyper Sight, Rapid Arc Dynamic, Identify.
• Leverage and utilize resources to support District Managers so they can focus on bigger machine deals.
• Own deal tracking and closure; conduct gap analysis to identify upgrade opportunities.

• Maintain and distribute reserve account listings quarterly.
• Engage accounts to determine utilization plans.

• Manage the transition of all ERx and EPCS users to the new cloud platform.

• Co‑travel with District Managers.
• Understand the role from customer interactions—product presentations, strategic planning, budgeting, site surveys, etc.
• Be able to deliver product presentations in FY26.
• Understand the role from internal interactions with the contracts team, legal, cybersecurity, and other sales colleagues.
• Be able to quote all products and understand how these products fit into the customer’s environment.

To know and understand most of what Varian’s solutions are and articulate details in customer settings. Cover District Manager on PPL, ideally this role could provide support in their absence.

Base pay range: $116,000 - $159,500.

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission‑eligible position, the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the Company’s plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
