Responsibilities
  • Lead direct sales initiatives targeting luxury consortia and high‑value travel advisors.
  • Strategically develop and manage a portfolio of corporate accounts to drive sustained revenue growth.
  • Meet or surpass all revenue goals for the department.
  • Build and maintain relationships, putting clients’ needs at the top of the priority list.
Qualifications
  • Passionate about hospitality sales with a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
  • Expert in sales, a strong leader, natural salesperson, and proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexible and driven, with tenacity to get the job done.
