Regional Sales Representative

• Provide store-level support for sales programs, merchandising, and marketing initiatives
• Develop relationships and build rapport with store managers and associates for field-level escalations
• Monitor and report back on store inventory levels to ensure compliance and presentation
• Assist with product demonstrations and sales training for store management and customers
• Implement tactical and strategic initiatives to enhance brand position in the marketplace

• Associate’s degree or relevant experience;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer-facing role
• Must meet DOT requirements and have the ability to travel extensively
• Strong interpersonal skills for developing high-quality working relationships
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM data management experience preferred

• Prior experience in industries with significant growth and sales volume, such as agricultural equipment or consumer durables
• Ability to work extended hours and lift 40-50 lbs for event setups
