Ideal Siding Seattle is hiring a high‑performing Outside Sales Representative with a background in construction or home renovation sales. This role is ideal for someone who understands the home improvement industry and is ready to close high‑ticket deals, deliver expert consultations, and manage client relationships from the initial meeting to contract signing.

Responsibilities Start Strong

Qualifications
  • Proven sales experience in construction or home improvement (minimum 1–2 years)

  • Problem‑solving ability to handle client concerns and provide practical solutions
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years of proven sales experience in home improvement, renovation or construction services (e.g., siding, roofing, windows, remodeling)
  • Confident in presenting in‑home consultations and closing deals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Tech‑savvy and organized with CRM tools or project management software
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday
  • Valid driver’s license, personal auto insurance, and reliable transportation
