Job Summary

$28.49+ Hourly (Pay is $20.80/hr. + Targeted Commission)

• Working directly with customers in a retail location, evaluating the customer’s potential product needs, and making appropriate recommendations.
• Providing outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Helping customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answering any questions customers have on current or new services, making changes to account data, upgrading levels of service, and processing all general service requests.
• Acting as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Providing expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially around Comcast products and services.
• Maintaining detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Meeting goals and metrics.
• Contributing to a fun and competitive environment. We aim to connect our products and services to our customer’s everyday lifestyles.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Generally, 2–5 years of related experience; consumer electronics/wireless retail sales experience preferred
• Ability to work a full-time, flexible schedule which includes evenings, weekends, holidays, and variable schedules
• Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and to stand and move about the store continuously

Salary:
Base Pay $20.80/hour;
Total Target Compensation $28.49 USD (base pay plus targeted commission). The application window is 30 days from posting, subject to change based on applicant volume.
