The Reality of the Job
You will be walking door-to-door in residential areas. Get your steps in.
You will convince homeowners to switch to AT&T Fiber internet and 5G wireless plans.
You’ll hear "I'm busy" or "No thanks" a lot. Your job is to turn that into "Actually, tell me about the internet speed."
You need to ask for the sale on the doorstep. A Customer Enrollment Representative doesn't just pass out flyers; they close accounts.
You’ll be working outside. If it rains, we work (that's when people are home!).
You need to manage your own route and energy levels throughout the day.
You will specifically focus on increasing value by selling both internet and mobile devices.
Your attitude determines your altitude (and your paycheck) as a Customer Enrollment Representative.
