National Sales Trainer

• Develop and deliver engaging sales training programs for builder sales teams and partners, both in-person and virtually
• Facilitate new builder onboarding and product launch trainings across the U.S.
• Conduct large and small group trainings, tailoring content to different audiences and learning styles
• Partner closely with sales leadership and marketing to ensure consistent messaging and value propositions
• Maintain a regular travel schedule to support regional training needs (approximately 50% travel)

• 5+ years of experience in the builder sales industry (homebuilding, building materials, or related)
• Proven experience delivering sales training in both virtual and in-person formats
• Strong soft skills with the ability to build rapport, motivate, and engage learners at all levels
• Confident public speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities

• Experience in smart home, lighting, or consumer electronics
• Electrician background (preferred, but not required)
• Bilingual (Spanish preferred, but not required)
