- Develop and deliver engaging sales training programs for builder sales teams and partners, both in-person and virtually
- Facilitate new builder onboarding and product launch trainings across the U.S.
- Conduct large and small group trainings, tailoring content to different audiences and learning styles
- Partner closely with sales leadership and marketing to ensure consistent messaging and value propositions
- Maintain a regular travel schedule to support regional training needs (approximately 50% travel)
- 5+ years of experience in the builder sales industry (homebuilding, building materials, or related)
- Proven experience delivering sales training in both virtual and in-person formats
- Strong soft skills with the ability to build rapport, motivate, and engage learners at all levels
- Confident public speaker with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Experience in smart home, lighting, or consumer electronics
- Electrician background (preferred, but not required)
- Bilingual (Spanish preferred, but not required)
