Role:
Ocular Specialty Representative supporting ophthalmology and optometry markets within a designated territory, focused on driving sales growth of eye health products.

Responsibilities: develop territory business plans using analytical tools, increase prescriptions and market share, manage customer relationships, communicate managed care coverage, and utilize clinical selling techniques including sample management.

Requirements: bachelor’s degree in science, business, or related field; 3+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience with a proven record of success; strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills; proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce; ability to travel 25-50%, including overnight, and perform field duties such as driving and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Preferred: eye health industry experience, Power BI knowledge.
