An established power generation organization is hiring a Regional Sales Manager to grow its Seattle territory, selling generator solutions to electrical contractors and commercial and industrial customers.
This field-based role is ideal for a proven hunter who can develop new business, build relationships with key decision-makers, and manage complex, project-based sales.
- Strong Base Uncapped commission
- Top performers earning $300K+
- Average deal sizes of $70K–$80K
- Strong internal sales and project support
- Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO
- Minimal overnight travel
- Clear path to leadership and internal advancement
Ideal Background:
- 4+ years of solution-based or contractor sales experience
- Proven success in territory growth, prospecting, and new business development
- Electrical contractor, generator, electrical equipment, or power industry experience preferred
- Experience selling to estimators, project managers, engineers, or construction decision-makers
- Comfortable managing longer sales cycles and independently owning a territory
