Location: Mel Olson Stadium inside King County's Steve Cox Memorial Park
Season: Summer 2026 (May 15 - August
2)
Compensation: Paid hourly per game (29 total events)

The Dub Sea Fish Sticks are looking for reliable, alert, and professional individuals to join our Event Security Team for the 2026 summer baseball season. As part of the game day experience, security staff play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, welcoming, and family-friendly environment for fans, players, and staff alike.

If you're calm under pressure, great with people, and ready to help us keep The Fryer fun and secure, we'd love to have you on the Fishing Crew.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor gates, seating areas, beer garden ("The Ice Chest"), and key entry/exit points
• Enforce stadium policies including bag checks, alcohol restrictions, and re-entry rules
• Assist with crowd management and help de-escalate any disruptions
• Provide directions and friendly assistance to guests when needed
• Support alcohol enforcement by monitoring s and drink limits
• Respond to emergencies or incidents professionally and efficiently
• Work closely with team staff, other security personnel, and law enforcement when necessary

What We're Looking For:

• Prior experience in event security, crowd management, or similar roles preferred
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor
• Dependable and punctual with a team-first mindset
• Ability to stay on your feet for extended periods and work outdoors in all weather
• Available for all 29 home dates between May 18 - August 2, 2026
• Must be 21+

Bonus Points If You:

• Have a security license or training certification
• Have experience working in live events, sports, or concert settings
• Are calm, confident, and able to handle high-pressure situations with ease
