• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activities.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the financial institution to help deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Maintain a visible presence while patrolling to help deter potential threats within the facility.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with team members, supervisors, and client representatives regarding security‑related matters.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in accordance with Allied Universal and client policies.
• Follow all protocols related to the carrying and use of authorized firearms as specified for armed posts.

• Have 1 or more years of law enforcement experience or 2 or more years of security supervisor or manager experience or 3 or more years of security experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• An armed guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry‑specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
