As a Security Officer – Commercial Patrols in Seattle, WA
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. As a Patrol Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help deter security‐related incidents while maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with tenants and visitors, respond to situations as they arise, and deliver exceptional customer service.

$23.75 / Hour

• Mon 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Tue 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Sat 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM
• Sun 07:00 AM – 03:00 PM

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies, and responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly, using training and company protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter.
• Observe and report unusual activity or security concerns to management and/or law enforcement.
• Maintain a visible presence to deter unwanted behavior and reassure tenants, visitors, and staff.
• Assist with access control, visitor management, and adherence to property policies.
• Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and timely.
• Work collaboratively with property management staff and Allied Universal team members.

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• Minimum 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as required by federal, state, and local laws.
• Drug screening as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.
