As a Security Officer – Access Control Aero/Defense in Seattle, WA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense environment. Your role will involve conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to deter security-related incidents, and assisting visitors or staff with professionalism and clear communication.

• Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites.
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education.
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams.
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service.
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise.

• Provide customer service by following access control procedures and site-specific policies established for the location.
• Monitor entrances and exits to help deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity within the facility.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and perimeter, noting any irregularities or security-related concerns.
• Support emergency response activities as required by site-specific procedures and Allied Universal standards.
• Maintain accurate records and logs of access control activities, visitor management, and incidents.
• Communicate in a professional manner with site personnel, visitors, and Allied Universal management regarding access and security-related matters.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
